Introduction INEOS Silicas Brasil offers a complete range of silicate, zeolite and silica products through it’s Latin American sales and distribution network. Customer and technical service personnel are based in São Paulo, Brasil and are able to provide assistance in Spanish, Portuguese and English. Product Capabilities INEOS Silicas Brasil is the largest producer of SILICATES in Latin America. Silicate manufacturing is located at Jaçanã, in the city of São Paulo. This site serves the requirements of customers primarily in the detergent, chemicals, paper and construction industries. INEOS Silicas offers an extensive range of silicates for every application, including neutral and alkaline sodium silicate solutions, potassium silicate solutions, sodium metasilicates and sodium silicate powders and granules. Flexible manufacturing processes also permit products to be made to individual customer specifications, where this is required. Liquid products are available in bulk and in drums. Powders and granules in sacks and big-bags. Our ZEOLITES are currently imported into Latin America from production sites in Europe. The Company offers both the traditional 4A detergent grade zeolite and a range of high-performance speciality zeolites for use in detergent and other applications.
Synthetic SILICAS are produced at Rio Claro, Brasil, about 200kms from the city of São Paulo. The silicas business is accredited with ISO 9002 status and serves customers in the personal care, coatings, plastics, brewing and edible oil refining sectors. INEOS Silicas Brasil produces a full range of silica hydrogels, xerogels and precipitated silicas and these are available in sacks or big-bags, according to customer requirements. Where required, we are also able to manufacture silica products to individual customer specifications.
